So I know its been like 15 years since i last blogged. but blogging is like knitting. You get really excited about it for a while and then it gets tiring and you run out of things to say (or knit?) and you just chill for a while. So thats what I did. took a vacation from my blogging relationship.
Anyways, so I went on the random word generator and the random word was "Bloviate."
Hmmmmmm. curious? I think so.
Actually i was really bored with the word and wanted a new one but I was stuck with it. So I went in a dictionary and found out that bloviate means to write and/or speak in a pompous manner. right then I got confused. How can someone tell if your writing pompously. Here let me try. I'm going to type a random sentance and see if it looks pompous.
So I went to the store and bought Mr. Bracher a pineapple but it turns out that he is allergic to them. How sad is that?
.......See? I see no difference in the way i normally write and the way I just bloviated. its a myth.
So also with my adventures into the math world with mr. Bracher, Right now we're learning how to see how many combinations you can make out of something.
EUREKA!!! Is it true? "finally something useful," you might say?
Well its true. Like say you went to this frozen yogurt store and you can pick a type of yogurt, fruit, and nut to go in it. With a special formula, you can find out how many combinations you can make depending on what you can get in each category! I don't know about you but that is always something I wanted to figure out how to do!
Like I would take 4 random numbers and see how many combinations I could get with them. Yes, I know, my mommy thinks I'm special.
